Last Day in La Paz 12.4.21
Today was clean up, fix up and get ready for our last two weeks of travel in Baja. Greg and Ann did go into La Paz to a museum but most of us journeyed to town only to replenish drinking water and get gas. Our schedule is changing a bit so some communication on that so we can be ready for a couple of nights of dry camps. It is truly a trans peninsular hiway the Mexican Highway 1 as we saw the Pacific yesterday and will again return to the Sea of Cortez. This was a day for many of us of cleaning sand off the floor, dumping black and grey water to ready for tomorrow.
There was a game of bocce ball tonight and ball play for the dogs but mostly it was adult stuff.
Euclid, George and Diane saying goodbye again to the Pacific yesterday. Notice Diane's hat, many of the group had discovered tequila tasting in Todos Santos and then margaritas with lunch. We were a happy group but serious today! Later that night, as this was Diane's birthday day, she was greeted with balloons back at camp, thanks to Ruth.
Bet your time down there has flown by. What an adventure.
